    The Team

    Kevin Bott


    From a family in construction Kevin took the path of Quantity Surveying and studied at Northampton University (UCN). Kevin’s experience comes from years spent with Interserve PLC, Willmott Dixon, and Leadbitter working on various schemes from Nuclear to Retail with schemes ranging from £50,000 to £80 million. Contract experience includes NEC, JCT and GC Works contracts.



    Adam joined KBCo in 2018 and his expertise is taking schemes from ‘take off’ and quotation stage through to commercial delivery and final account. Adam is also skilled in materials buying with excellent links with all the local building and aggregate suppliers. Adam’s history in construction is in the groundworks sector where his knowledge is particularly strong.



    As an existing business owner Stacy adds to KBCo much needed experience in marketing and social media presence. Stacy has also managed business accounts for a number of years, and deals with all of KBCo’s finances.
